How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Shoplet.com?
Not too easy to reach customer service. They don't have an 800 number so I am not too sure.

ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE to get thru to them either by email (7 to date and no response) and not by phone either. Tried today ( 6 times at various hours 9 AM thru 4PM) and get disconnected every time almost immediately. Actually waited on a DEAD line for 1/2 hour thinking I was on hold. NADA!

Very easy! Their toll free number is posted on the web site header and clearly visible. The wait is never more than few seconds.

Don't know for sure. I did get half my order. Can't get thru to email or phone number. Get disconnected immediately.

Very possibly scammed. I've been charged for items, no shipping confirmation, cannot reach live person first 4 calls and when I finally did they brushed me off saying they've emailed the warehouse and I will be contacted. No follow up after that. They may have been legit before COVID-19, however this being my first order through Shoplet I wouldn't know for sure. I will never order from Shoplet again.
